Our awesome members:

*Notice* Would everyone who has submitted items to the gallery (thank you, btw) double check the descriptions on their pieces if they have not done so already? I tried my best to give what info I could, but I typically used what I could glean from the original discription. If you would like anything modified please let me know. Thus far the only ones I know are up to snuff are the descriptions of my own work. If people would like to submit descriptions for future gallery submissions I wouldn't mind--then I would know that they are "right" for sure. Thanks again.

Thanks to everyone who has sent items in for the gallery. I am so pleased with the lovely stuff I get to upload. (Please keep them coming...) Since the gallery is growing I'm trying to switch off the featured deviation as best I can. My goal is to get everyone in before I go back around.

Slight change of pace, if people would like to join please send a note. Hopefully it will be easier to keep track of things this way.

So I was thinking that it might be cool to have some sort of costume photo contest. I'm not sure exactly what so I'll start a thread and hope for suggestions. It would need to be something people could do from all eras.

I hate to be a pain, but my submission that was just posted was listed as 19th century when it is, in fact, very late 18th century. 1790s to be precise.

I will fix it. I wasn't sure. I was guessing about two decades too late.
