Well, I decided to cut off voting on the guidelines, since there are only a few hours left and the odds of enough votes coming in at the eleventh hour to make a difference are pretty minimal.

Judging by the votes and comments people were pretty happy with the way the guidelines turned out. So, they are going into effect right now. Any submissions that do not meet the guidelines will not be accepted. I am willing to be a little flexible on this at first. Submission Guidelines: [link]

Also some of you may have noticed the beginnings of an affiliate club list. I think this could be a mutally beneficial idea since so often artists draw inspiration from other artists. If there are any clubs you would like HCC to be affiliated with send a note with the suggestion.

Some of you may have noticed that I turned off the comments option for the deviations. I got tired of people not reading. Hopefully, this will increase the frequency of people commenting and faving the original deviations.
